2025 National Community Survey Results Now Available

The Town partnered with Polco to conduct the National Community Survey™, a scientifically developed survey designed to measure community livability and assess residents' opinions on local government services and programs. The survey gathered feedback from Dedham residents on a wide range of topics, including public safety, infrastructure, recreation, community engagement, and overall quality of life.

Survey results are now available to the public in multiple formats:

• An interactive Tableau dashboard that allows residents to explore the data and compare Dedham's results to national benchmarks
• A comprehensive full report detailing all survey findings, prepared by Polco
• Presentation slides from the November 20 Select Board meeting
• A recording of the Select Board presentation, available through Dedham TV

Key findings and recommendations from the survey were presented to the Select Board on November 20. The Town will use these results to help inform the overall Deficit Reduction Plan and future budget decisions.
