Collins Center Report and Tri-Board Meeting

The team of consultants from the Collins Center at UMass Boston have prepared the following final report to the Town of Dedham that takes a close look at our current budgets and operations and provides a list of options for the Town to consider as we work to reduce the projecting budget deficit.
