Inspections Begin July 15, 2024

Inspections will begin on Monday, July 15, at the 1600 properties previously identified within the project area (located within the Manor Neighborhood, and portions of the Oakdale and Greenlodge neighborhoods).

Inspectors will be working in one subarea at a time and property owners within each subarea will receive a letter and additional documentation in the mail one week prior to when inspectors plan to be in their area.

Please Note:

• If your property IS located within the project area and you have not yet received a letter, it is because inspectors have not yet reached your subarea. Please keep an eye out for a future letter and information.
• If your property IS NOT located within the project area, you will not receive a letter or additional documentation in the mail.

Each inspection will be conducted door-to-door and inspectors will be wearing proper identification issued by the Dedham Police Department. If you are not home at the time of their visit, information will be left behind about how to schedule an inspection at a later date and time.
