Affected Property Owners - Mitigation Preference

This survey is only for property owners of the identified affected properties within the study area who also received a letter from the Town dated November 19, 2025. 

Please complete the following short survey to share with us your preference for mitigation measures presented at our recent hybrid meetings, hosted by the Director of Engineering Jason Mammone on December 3 and December 10.

(Please note: The two meetings are the same and were offered on two nights in hybrid format so property owners could attend the meeting that best fit their schedule.)
