Town residents with second water meters for outdoor irrigation can now submit their irrigation meter reading through October 21, 2024. The Town issues a once-a-year irrigation credit on November sewer bills to grant users a timely credit for the highest usage of consumption, which is typically during the summer months.
Second meter reading submissions will ONLY be accepted electronically through the Town of Dedham’s website and online form*. Sewer users must include a picture of the meter to receive an accurate credit. The online form is accessible on mobile devices, allowing an easy way to provide a photo of the reading.
Please submit an irrigation meter reading by October 21, 2024 as credits will only be reflected on the November billing.
